Description:
This is a database of 2005 meteor showers, including: name of the shower, date range, date at which the shower peaks, the maximum rate per hour, the entry velocity, and the radiant.

For observation, the higher ZHR (Zenithal Hourly Rate), the better (more meteors). Maximum dates in parentheses indicate reference dates for the radiant, not true maxima.

Thanks to Alastair McBeath and the International Meteor Organization for the data, and for a very informative website!

Description:
Calculates and draws the graph of astronomical tide prediction for Venice Lagoon (Italy) for 2005, according to the armonic parameters published by the Tide Prediction Center of Venice Municipality.

Anybody wanting predictions for other places can send me the armonics or ask for the source code. If enough parameter tables are collected, next version of the program may allow for multiple place selection.

Calcola e traccia il grafico della marea astronomica prevista per il Bacino di San Marco a Venezia per tutto il 2005, secondo le costanti armoniche fornite dal Centro Previsioni Maree del Comune di Venezia.

Chi desidera le previsioni per altre località può inviarmi le costanti armoniche relative o richiedere il sorgente da modificare.

Se raccoglierò abbastanza tabelle di parametri, la prossima versione del programma potrebbe supportare località multiple.
